"Mountain Cottages in a Garden Setting"

Both cottages sleep four persons each. They are fully equiped for cooking, including an outdoor charcoal grill. All linens are provided as well; however, we do not provide daily maid service. Each cottage is air conditioned and has a TV. There is plenty of parking if you would like to bring a small boat or trailer for bikes. No pets or smoking.

RATES:
$85 per night*
$540 per week*
$200 advance rental payment
Check in 3:00PM - Checkout 11:00AM, unless otherwise arranged
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by Tenant, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by Tenant, less an administrative fee of $35.00 if the cottage(s) is re-rented on the terms agreed to in the agreement.

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, I am required to use the Vacation Rental Agreement as provided by the North Carolina Association of Realtors. It provides for the details of the rental arrangement, i.e. dates, rate, address, etc., and would be completed and mailed to you upon making a reservation and sending an advance rent payment of $200.00. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Directions:
Exit #67 off Smoky Mountains Expressway (23/74) into Bryson City. Go to traffic light at the Shell Station, turn right go to next traffic light and turn left on to Everett Street; cross bridge, go to railroad tracks, cross and turn right on to Depot Street, going to the STOP sign. At sign, go left and follow small “S” curve to right, go .3 mile to first right crossing a small stone bridge, then an IMMEDIATE left. Go another .3 mile to East Deep Creek Circle on the left. From the corner, the cottages are about 100’ on the right. Parking is in front of them. Check in is at the beige house beyond the cottages and thru the trees…follow the stone path.
